      Broken Package, but Great Customer Service

      When my package arrived, I was disappointed to see it was completely damaged—clearly mishandled by the courier. The box was crushed, and a couple of the items inside were unusable because of the poor handling during delivery. However, I reached out to MiracleMop's customer service, and they were amazing. They apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition just a few days later.

      While the experience with the courier was frustrating, I appreciate MiracleMop's quick response and excellent service. It's rare to find a company that takes care of their customers so well! If it weren’t for the courier, this would’ve been a 5-star experience.
