Return Postage We will provide a return shipping label for you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
